     Pecan cobbler

Ingredients
6 T butter
1 c pecans
1 and 1/2 c self rising flour
1 and 1/2 c granulated sugar
2/3 c milk
1 tsp vanilla
1 and 1/2 c packed light brown sugar
1 and 1/2 c hot water
 

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 Add butter to 9X13 casserole dish and melt in oven. Once butter is melted sprinkle with pecans. In a bowl mix flour, sugar, milk and vanilla. Stir to combine, but don't over mix. Pour batter over butter and pecans, do not mix. Sprinkle with brown sugar evenly over batter, do not stir. Carefully pour the hot water over the mixture, do not stir. Bake 30-35 minutes our until golden brown.
