     Quick Coffee Cake

Ingredients
1/4 c butter and 1 c sugar creamed together
1 beaten egg
1/2 c milk
1/4 tsp salt
1 1/2 c flour
1 tsp baking powder
mix all together well
 
Instructions
Turn into a well buttered shallow pan, pour over top 2 T melted butter, sprinkle thickly with sugar and cinnamon, bake in a quick oven
