Brown the burger over medium heat with the diced onions. Salt and Pepper to taste. Drain grease. Add Worcestershire sauce, stir.
Add can of mushroom soup; keep can to use for water. Add packet of Lipton Onion Soup Mix, stir. Add water to fill 3/4 empty can of soup being sure to stir briskly to get leftover bits of soup from can, stir into beef mixture. Add egg noodles, stir. Add another full can of water, stir. Cover and simmer over med-low heat for 15 mins. or until the noodles are cooked and the sauce has thickened.
