     Pear, Honey and Blue Cheese Appetizer Toasts

Ingredients
1 Loaf of French Baquette bread
Olive oil
Raw pear slices
Blue Cheese
Lavendar Honey
 

Instructions
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Slice Baquette into 1/2 inch slices and place on parchment paper. Drizzle olive oil over each slice.
Add slice of raw pear to each slice of bread. Turn on broiler.
Sprinkle Blue Cheese atop each slice of bread/pear and toast Baquette under broiler until crispy and cheese melts. Remove baking sheet and drizzle honey over each slice.
Serving Suggestions
Amount of recipe depends on the amount of Baquette slices you need
