     Corn and Black Bean Salad

Ingredients
2 c PC frozen corn and jalapeno pepper blendd
2 c black beans
1 cove garlic minced
1/4c fresh lime juice
1/4 olive oil
1/2 tsp salt an fresh ground black pepper
1/2 c diced red onion
2 c variety pack tomatoes sliced in half
1/2 c chopped fresh cilantro
 
1 avocado diced
lime wedges for garnish optional
Feta cheese optional
Instructions
Whisk together garlic and lime juice, oil, salt and pepper. Pour over and toss other ingredients in the dressing.
Garnish with lime wedges or top with feta cheese
