     Chicken- Chinese Chicken

Ingredients
8 chicken breasts, cubed
1/2 cup cornstarch
4 eggs, beaten
Sauce-
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 cup vinegar
1/2 cup water
1 1/2 cups ketchup
2 tablespoons soy sauce
 
2 teaspoons salt

Instructions
Dredge the chicken cubes in corn starch then dip in the beaten eggs. Drown in oil and butter. Put the browned chicken cubes in a 9x13 pan. Mix the sauce ingredients well and pour over the chicken cubes. Bake uncovered 350° for 1 hour.
Serving Suggestions
Serve with rice.
