     Chicken- Spanish Chicken (Chicken Enchiladas)

Ingredients
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
12 corn tortillas quartered
1 cup Cheddar cheese shredded
1 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
1 can green chili
1 cup plain yogurt
1 small onion, chopped
1/2 cup milk
1 can cream of chicken soup
 

Instructions
Cook chicken and cut up. I prefer to microwave for about 20 minutes on power 6. Combine all ingredients except a small amount of cheese for top and tortillas. Layer casserole dish with tortillas. spread some chicken mixture over top. Add another layer of tortillas and chicken mixture. Repeat until gone. Top with 1/2 cup cheese. Bake 30 minutes at 350.
Serving Suggestions
Serve with salsa and sour cream.
