     Chicken- Sweet and Sour Chicken

Ingredients
4-8 boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut in strips
1 beaten egg
cornstarch
oil
Sauce-
3/4 cup sugar
4 tablespoons ketchup
1/2 cup vinegar
1 tablespoon soy sauce
 
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions
1. Dip the chicken breasts into the egg then roll them in the cornstarch. 2. In a small amount of oil, fry the chicken until just browned. 3. Mix sauce ingredients together. 4. Place the chicken in a shallow baking dish, pour the sauce over it, then bake uncovered at 325° for about 45 minutes, turning chicken every 15 minutes.
