In a soup pot, heat the olive oil over medium-
high heat. Add the steak; sauté for 6 to 8
minutes, until browned. Add the bell peppers,
onion, garlic, Italian seasoning, and
mushrooms; sauté for 8 to 10 minutes, or just
until the vegetables are tender. Add the
spaghetti sauce and water; mix well. Reduce the
heat to medium-low, cover, and cook for 45
minutes, or until the steak is tender.
