     Ground Beef- Taco Chip Casserole

Ingredients
1 pound ground beef
1 (16-ounce) can kidney beans
1 (6-ounce) can tomato paste
2 tablespoons salsa
salt and pepper
1 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
2 cups Fritos corn chips
1 cup sour cream
 
1/2 cup diced onion
1 can sliced olives
1 diced tomato
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
Instructions
Brown beef. Add beans, seasonings, and paste. Spread over chips in ungreased 9x13 pan. Spread sour cream over top. Layer onion, olives, tomato, and cheese. Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.
Serving Suggestions
Serve with fresh lettuce and avocado.
