     Chili Sauce, Hours to Make & Best Tasting

Ingredients
25 - 30 Tomatoes, peeled and chopped
2 Cups Green Peppers, chopped
2 Cups Sugar
1 Garlic Clove, minced
2 Cups Onion, chopped
1 Cup Celery, chopped
3 Tablespoons Salt
2 1/2 Cups Vinegar
 

Instructions
Combine tomatoes, onions, green peppers, celery, salt, sugar and garlic in a heavy pan. Cook over low heat until thick, stirring often as mixture thickens (it will take several hours). Add the vinegar and cook to desired thickness, continuing to stir often. Bottle the mixture while it is still hot, using the hot water bath process.
