     Rhubarb Butter Crunch

Ingredients
3 Cups Rhubarb, diced
1 Cup Sugar
3 Tablespoons Flour
1 Cup Brown Sugar
1 Cup Uncooked Oats
1 1/2 Cups Flour
1/2 Cup Butter
1/2 Cup Crisco Shortening
Whipped Cream and/or Ice Cream
 

Instructions
Combine and place in a greased baking dish the rhubarb, sugar, flour.
Crunch Topping- Combine brown sugar, uncooked oats, and flour. Cut in butter and Crisco shortening until the topping resembles coarse crumbs. Sprinkle atop rhubarb filling.
Bake at 375 degrees for 40 minutes.
Serving Suggestions
Serve warm with whipped cream and/or ice cream.
