Mix all dry ingredients together in a mixing bowl.
Mix all wet ingredients together in a separate mixing bowl.
Combine dry and wet ingredients until well blended.
Pour into an 11x15 inch greased pan.
Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes or until done.
Cool and frost.
Frosting-
Mix Cream cheese, margarine, milk, vanilla, and powdered sugar.
Spread across cooled bars.
Sprinkle chopped nuts on top.
