     Pumpkin Bars

Ingredients
2 Cups Flour
1/2 Teaspoon Salt
1 Tablespoon Baking Poser
1 Teaspoon Baking Soda
2 Teaspoons Cinnaomon, ground
2 Cups Sugar
4 Eggs, slightly beaten
1 Cup Vegetable Oil
1 Can Pumpkin
 
3 Ounces Cream Cheese
6 Tablespoons Margarine
1 Tablespoon Milk
1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
2 Cups Powdered Sugar
Chopped Walnuts or Pecans, to taste

Instructions
Mix all dry ingredients together in a mixing bowl. Mix all wet ingredients together in a separate mixing bowl. Combine dry and wet ingredients until well blended.
Pour into an 11x15 inch greased pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes or until done. Cool and frost.
Frosting- Mix Cream cheese, margarine, milk, vanilla, and powdered sugar. Spread across cooled bars. Sprinkle chopped nuts on top.
