     Bread and Rice Pudding

4 eggs, slightly beaten
1/2 Cup Sugar
Dash of Salt, to taste
Nutmeg, to taste
Vanilla Extract, to taste
4 Cups Lukewarm Milk
Cooked Rice, or 4 Slices Cubed Bread

Mix together eggs, sugar, salt, nutmeg, and vanilla extract. Add milk and gently stir in cooked rice or cubed bread.
Pour into an ovenproof dish. Sprinkle cinnamon on top. Insert the ovenproof dish in a pan of hot water and place in a preheated oven.
Bake at 350 degrees until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean.
