     Slow Cooker Cowboy Soup

Ingredients
1 pound ground beef, browned and drained
1 (14 1/2-ounce) can crushed tomato
1 (14 1/2-ounce) can diced tomatoes with chilies with liquid
1 (15-ounce) can whole kernal corn, drained
1/2 cup dried minced onion
1 (6 3/4-ounce) box spanish rice and sauce mix
6 cups water
 

Instructions
Combine all ingredients in greased 4 1/2 to 6- quart slow cooker. Cover and cook on low heat 4-5 hours. Do not overcook.
Serving Suggestions
Top with grated cheese and sour cream, if desired. Serve with tortilla chips.
