     Colonial Pumpkin Pie

Ingredients
1 1/2 Cups Pumpkin, canned
1 Cup Brown Sugar
1 Cup Evaporated Milk, undiluted
3 Eggs, slighty beaten
1 Teaspoon Cinnamon
1 Teaspoon Allspice
1/2 Teaspon Salt
1 Pie Shell, unbaked
 
Heavy Whipped Cream, if desired
Sugar, to taste
Vanilla Extract, to taste

Instructions
Mix all ingredients together.
Pour into unbaked pie shell.
Bake at 425 degrees for about 45 minutes.
Cool.
Serving Suggestions
Serve with heavy dollops whipped cream. This dessert was ALWAYS served on Thanksgiving Day.
