     Pennsylvania Dutch Lemon Pie

Ingredients
1 Cup Sugar
1/2 Cup Flour
1/4 Cup Butter, melted
1/8 Teaspoon Salt
2 Eggs, separated (set aside Yolks and Whites)
2 Lemons, juice and rind
1 cup Milk
1 Pie Shell, unbaked
 

Instructions
Cream sugar, flour, salt and melted butter until smooth. Add egg yolks and beat until smooth.
Add lemon juice and grated rinds and mix well.
Add milk and beat slowly until well-blended. Beat egg whites until stiff. Gently fold into the the mixture.
Bake pie shell at 350 degrees for 5 minutes. Pour mixture into pie shell. Bake pie until mixture is firm.
