     Strawberry Jam

Ingredients
1 Quart Strawberries, washed and stemmed
2 Tablespoons Vinegar
4 Cups Sugar
Canning Jars
Paraffin, for sealing jars
 

Instructions
Boil berries in vinegar for 3 minutes.
Add sugar and boil for 12 minutes.
Let stand 24 hours, stiffing every day.
Bottle cold in jars. Seal with paraffin.
