     Whole Wheat Pancakes

Ingredients
2 cups whole wheat flour
4 teaspoons fructose
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
3 egg whites
1 cup nonfat plain yogurt
1/2 cup club soda
2 teaspoons vegetable oil
 

Instructions
In a large bowl stir dry ingredients together. Whisk egg whites, yogurt, and club soda together. Add liquids to dry ingredients and blend with a wire whisk just enough to moisten. Dip out batter with a 1/4 cup measuring cup. Cook on a non-stick griddle, turning once.
