Ingredients
2 1/2 cups flour
1 cup shortening
1 beaten egg
1/4 cup cold water
1 tablespoon vinegar
1 teaspoon salt
 

Instructions
Cut shortening in flour and add other ingredients. Press into 2 large pie dishes. Bake 400-425 for 5-10 minutes unless used in apple pie or similar pie. Should be slightly browned and crust should be able to move in the pan when done.
