Ingredients
4 cups chopped tomato
1 chopped onion
1 chopped green pepper
1 (4-ounce) can green chili
1/2 jalapeño pepper
1 tablespoon garlic salt
1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
 

Instructions
Simmer and stir about 2 hours. Makes 2-3 pints. Add more jalapeno pepper for hotter salsa. We use this recipe every fall for canning a year's supply.
Serving Suggestions
Serve with tortilla chips or on any Mexican dish.
