     Cake - Rum Cake

1 box Yellow cake mix
1 1/3 Cup water
1/3 Cup vegetable or canola oil
1 pkg INSTANT vanilla pudding (3.5 oz)
3 eggs
2 teaspoons Watkins Imitation Rum Extract
1 Cup chopped Walnuts
Rum Sauce
3/4 Cup brown sugar
1/2 Cup butter
1/4 Cup half and half
2 teaspoons Watkins Imitation Rum Extract
1/8 teaspoon salt

Preheat 350 ove Grease and flour bundt pan. Sprinkle bottom with the chopped walnuts
Cake- In a large bowl beat all ingredients except walnuts on low for 30 seconds until moistened. Beat 3 minutes on high until light and fluffy. Pour batter into pan on top of walnuts.
Bake for 45 min until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in pan 15 minutes; invert on wire rack to cool completely. Drizzle with half of sauce, pass remaining for those who want extra.
Sauce- In medium saucepan gently boil brown sugar and butter 1 minute. Add half and half. Gently boil a few more seconds. Remove from heat; add extract and salt. makes 1 Cup.
