Add olive oil to the bottom of a heavy pan on
medium heat. Add onion and garlic. Saute until
tender. Add jackfruit. Stir and add all spices,
Worchestershire and liquid smoke. Mix
Add vegetable stock and bring to a boil. Reduce
heat and simmer for 45 minutes. While simmering,
prepare a sheet pan with aluminum foil. Preheat
oven to 350.
After simmering, spread jackfruit mixture on foil-
lined pan. Roast for 1.5 hours. Add favorite BBQ
sauce and stir. Return to oven for 15 minutes.
Remove from oven and serve on a roll topped with
cole slaw. Trick friends into thinking they're
really eating pulled pork. Enjoy!
