Ingredients
1 cup Chana flour
1 cup yogurt
2 cups water
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon citric acid
 

Instructions
Mix yogurt and water and slowly add to the flour till well mixed
Put in pressure cooker for 15 min.let it cool down and mix very well
Keep foli ready and spread with little steel bowl to thin layer. Roll and cut into pieces.Do vagar with mustard,sesemi seeds and hing. Add green chilies and cilantro
Makes one large plate
