     Our Famous Ice Cream

Ingredients
4 cups milk
2 cups sugar
4 cups half and half
4 cups whipping cream
4 tbls vanilla
1 half tsp salt
 
Instructions
Scald milk, Add sugar,salt. Stir until dissolved. Add cream,add vanilla cool put into ice cream maker freeze
Makes 4 quarts. Ours is a 2 quart freezer. Halve recipe if making only one freezer of ice cream.
