1. Put water in mixer bowl
2. sprinkle in yeast, sugar, and rest of
ingredients except flour
3. stir then add half the flour and beat for 3
minutes
4. add rest of flour and mix
5. put in greased bowl and let rise for 30 mins
6. divide in half and let rest 10 mins
7. roll each piece to about 14 in square
8. spread cinnamon sugar mix and butter
9. roll and cut into 9 pieces each
10 let rise for 30 mins
11. bake at 325 for 25 mins
12. mix icing and top when buns are cool
