     Brownies - Sugar Free

Ingredients
1/2 C butter
1/4 C unsweetened cocoa powder
2 eggs
1 C granular sucrolose sweetener
3/4 C flour
1/8 tsp salt
1/4 C skim milk
1/2 C chopped walnuts
 

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350, grease and flour 8x8 pan.
In small saucepan over medium heat, melt butter and cocoa stirring until smooth. Remove from heat and let cool.
In large bowl beat eggs until frothy and stir in the sweetener. Stir the flour and salt into the egg mixture. Then add the melted butter/cocoa. Stir in the 1/4 C milk and optional nuts. Pour into prepared pan.
Bake 25-30 min until toothpick comes out clean.
Serving Suggestions
Frost with sugar free pudding for a lighter option.
