|
- Bring 6 cups of water to a boil with dried soup anchovies first, and then when the color changes put in the dried seaweed and boil for 3-5 minutes

|
- Strain out the seaweed and anchovies from the base
|
|
|
- Add onions, broccoli, chicken, shrimp (whatever I have that will take the longest to cook)
|
|
|
- Add 2 shakes of pepper and salt (little bit of salt at a time)
- after it has boiled for about 5 minutes add in the rest of the ingredients (egg at the very last whisked and spread on top and don't touch it) and a tiny bit of olive oil
