2 Red peppers, sliced (with seeds, if desired)
|

5 small/medium tomatoes, cut into chunky cubes
|
|
Crushed red pepper flakes, to taste
|
|
1 head broccoli, cut into pieces
|
|
Olive Oil
|
|
Turmeric (optional)
|
|
Pre-cooked, frozen shrimp, cod and/or chicken (your choice)
|

|

Instructions |
|
|
In a large pan, add 1-2 Tbsp olive oil to cover
surface. Add 1/4 cup water. Heat on low while
adding the tomatoes. Add peppers to pan and heat.

Turn up heat to medium and add frozen shrimp, cod,
chicken or meat of choice. Sprinkle on red pepper
flakes, turmeric, salt and pepper to taste.

|
Simmer on medium heat until desired heat and spice
is acquired.
|
|
|
Serve over noodles, add in mushrooms or other
vegetables of choice.
