If Fish are large cut in half length wise.
Wisk together egg, milk and beer until yellow milky
consistency.
Mix seasoning equal parts. 1/2 each and if not
enough add more.

Dip fish in batter then set aside for 5-10 minutes.
Repeat twice. It will get a little sitcky.
Then dip into seasonings.

|
Fry in Vegetable Oil 5-7 minutes each side. Depends
on thickness of fish. It will be golden brown.
Do not flip too many times.
|

|
Drain on paper towels before serving.
Delicious!!!
