use half of marinade for chicken meat cut to
small pieces, put package of shrimps into the
other half of marinade
put both bowls in a fridge for 1 hour
cut vegetables to small pieces
drain chicken from marinade and fry it in wok
until white, put it aside
clean wok and in new oil fry ginger, spring
onion, celery garlic salt and bit of sugar
add vegetables
- 2 peppers
- sweet red pepper
- 1 carrot
- pickled baby corn
- bamboo roots
- zucchini
veggies in wok don't need to be fully soft
drain shrimps from marinade and add them to the
wok
make sauce from ingredients, add a pinch of salt
add sauce and chicken to the wok and cook until
done
