     Roasted veggies

Category   Salads - Soups - Sidedishes
Sub Category   None
Preptime   minutes

Ingredients
Veggies that are in season
I'm listing the ones I use the most
Onions
Broccoli
Cauliflower
Brussels Sprouts
Carrots

Instructions
Wash and peel any veggies. Cut in similar sizes. Line baking sheet with parchment paper. Preheat oven to 350. In bowl, put your veggies and drizzle with olive oil. Use salt and pepper (you can be creative and use garlic powder, spices) to taste. Pour onto baking sheet and spread out. Bake for 30 minutes, then flip over or shake a bit to get even browning. Bake an additional 15- 30 minutes. Can be eaten hot, warm or used cold too.
You can easily tell what veggies are in season because they will be your cheaper ones. Always try to buy in season. Same with fruits - buy the fruit that is cheapest as it is the best at that moment.
Serving Suggestions
Can drizzle with balsamic or sriracha
