Dredge cutlets in flour that has been salted and peppered, dip
in egg, then put in bread crumbs which have garlic powder
added in. Heat butter in fry pan or electric skillet and cook
chicken on both sides. When browned, add in small can of
pineapple (with the juice) and let simmer till pineapple pieces
are warmed thru.
