     Overnight Oatmeal with Fruit

Category   Breakfast - Brunch
Sub Category   Low-fat
Servings   1
Preptime   10 minutes

Ingredients
1/2 cup Greek Yogurt
1/3 cup Oatmeal, don't use 1 minute or steel cut oats, Uncooked
2 Tablespoons Almond Milk
1 cup of Frozzen Fruit
1/2 Tablespoon of Granola, optional

Instructions
Mix the yogurt, oatmeal and Almond milk together. Spoon half into a small glass or plastic container. Spoon half of frozen fruit over oatmeal mixture. Top with the rest of the oatmeal and top with the rest of the frozen fruit.
Cover with plastic wrap or a lid and let sit in the refrigerator overnight. In the morning sprinkle your favorite granola on top and eat. The juices of the fruit melt overnight and flavor the oatmeal.
I usually make up 3 or 4 days worth and it is a quick and satisfying breakfast if you are in a hurry. It is also quite versatile. I prefer strawberries, blueberries and cherries but you can use any frozen fruit. I tend to chop the fruit to the size of the blueberry so I have some fruit with each bite.
I like Greek God's Honey Greek Yogurt but you can use any flavor you like. You can also use any Almond Milk. I prefer the unsweetened because the yogurt and fruit are sweet enough. Be creative and enjoy.
Serving Suggestions
It's perfect by itself and quite filling!
