     My favorite Wheat Bread

Ingredients
6 Cups Hot Water
2/3 Cup powdered milk
1/3 cup gluten flour
1/3 C oil
2/3 C honey
10 Cups wheat flour
3 1/4 C red wheat and 3 1/4 white ground makes about 10 cups
2 heaping TBSP yeast
1/4 cup dough enhancer
 
1 1/2 TBSP salt
3-4 Cups of soft white wheat

Instructions
In Bosch add first 6 ingredients. Use oil measuring cup to measure the honey and it will just fall out-no mess. Use bread hook and mix. Add- yeast and dough enhancer. Mix for 1 minute. Let dough sit covered for 10 minutes. Add Salt and soft white wheat. Use caution when adding in last cup of soft white wheat. Only add until dough pulls away from side of bowl. Knead 7 minutes. Divide dough into 4 loaves and shape into pans. Let rise until double. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
