2 Cloves Garlic

1 Large Carrot

1 Tbsp Tomato Paste

500ml Vegetable Stock

1 Cup Washed Red Lentils

1/4 Tsp Salt
|

1/4 Tsp Pepper
|

1 Tsp Cumin
|

1 Pinch Chili Flakes

Instructions |
|
|
Heat oil in pot, and saute' onion, garlic, and
carrot in oil.
|
|
|
Add tomato paste, cook for 2-3 minutes.
|
|
|
Add vegetable stock, lentils and seasoning, and
cook for 30-40 minutes, or until all ingredients
are cooked through.
|
|
|
Puree soup with stick bender.
