     GF Stovetop Pork Tenderloin

Ingredients
2 pork tenderloins
Olive oil
Salt
Pepper
Garlic
Demi gloss
Beef broth
Concentrated beef broth reduction
Carrots
 
Onion sweet
Mushrooms baby Bella sliced

Instructions
Marinate pork in olive oil, minced garlic, salt and pepper with a small amount of Iea&Perrins in a plastic bag for 1 hour at room temp In a Dutch oven on the stove pour in 1/4 cup olive oil and heat until pan is very hot. With tongs sear all 4 sides of each tenderloin until browned. Remove from pan.
Add in 1 cup beef broth, 1 bag mini carrots and 1 large box of mushrooms alonng with 1 1/2 chopped Visalia onions and simmer air about 5 minutes.
Add back the pork, cover and cook over medium heat until desired wellness is achieved. About 30 minutes to 160 degrees When done mix Demi Glaze with 1/4 cup of red wine and pour over pork before serving. Serve with mashed potatoes
