Marinate pork in olive oil, minced garlic, salt and pepper with a
small amount of Iea&Perrins in a plastic bag for 1 hour at room
temp
In a Dutch oven on the stove pour in 1/4 cup olive oil and heat
until pan is very hot. With tongs sear all 4 sides of each
tenderloin until browned. Remove from pan.
