     Evelyn's Shrimp Pasta Salad

2 pounds of shrimp, boiled
1 large can of sliced ripe olives, drained
1 jar of sliced stuffed green olives, drained
1 small jar of dill pickles relish
1 small jar of sweet pickle relish
3 stacks of celery, finely diced
1 cup of mayonaise
1 teaspoon of dill weed
1 package of small shell pasta, cooked
salt and pepper to taste

Cook the shell pasta according to direction. Drain and cool. Add all the ingredients. Stir in mayonnaise and season with dill weed, salt and pepper.Toss and refrigerate overnight.
To make this even easier, I use Costco's boiled shrimp and cut each shrimp in half. You can leave whole but my family tends to pick all the shrimp out so I challenge them by chopping it up.
This is a wonderful salad for a luncheon.
