Melt 1 t butter over heat, stir in onions
carrots, celery and garlic. add beef and
brown. Stir in spices. add broth and
potatoes. Bring to boil, simmer 10-12 min .
Make a rue in separate pan with 3 T butter and
flour. add milk. add to soup. add cheese and
sour cream.
