     Chicken Casserole

2 cups cooked shredded chicken (can use 2 cans of chicken drained)
2 eggs hard boiled and chopped (optional)
8 oz Velveeta cheese diced
1 cup milk
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 1/2 cup sour cream
1 package of spiral noodles cooked and drained
1 cup bread crumbs or corn flakes cereal
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 Tbs. melted butter

In pan combine; chicken, eggs, cheese, milk, sour cream and soup. Heat on medium, stirring constantly until cheese is melted. (This step can also be done in the microwave stirring every 2 min) Place noodles in sprayed 9x13 baking dish. Pour liquid over noodles. Stir lightly. Combine bread crumbs, parmesan cheese and butter. Sprinkle over top and cook at 350 uncovered for 30-40 min.
Tip- You can substitute Tuna or Turkey for the Chicken if desired.
