     White Bread

Ingredients
3/4 cup margarine or shortening
3/4 cup of honey
2 tsp salt
2 eggs
4 cups HOT water
2 tbs yeast
12 cups flour
 

Instructions
Mix together margarine (or shortening), honey, salt, and eggs. Add the HOT water and mix until margarine and honey are dissolved. Add yeast and let sit to soften. Add 1/2 of the flour and mix for 2 minutes with mixer. Put dough hooks in mixer and add 1 cup of flour at a time until dough pulls away from the sides of the bowl. Let knead for 10 minutes. Allow dough to raise for 15-20 minutes, then form into bread loaves or rolls and place in greased pans. Let raise until doubled. Bake at 350 degrees until golden brown. (About 45 minutes for bread and 15-20 minutes for rolls, depending on your oven.) Makes 4-5 loaves.
