Mix together margarine (or shortening), honey, salt, and eggs. Add the HOT water and mix until margarine and honey are dissolved. Add yeast and let sit to soften. Add 1/2 of the flour and mix for 2 minutes with mixer. Put dough hooks in mixer and add 1 cup of flour at a time until dough pulls away from the sides of the bowl. Let knead for 10 minutes. Allow dough to raise for 15-20 minutes, then form into bread loaves or rolls and place in greased pans. Let raise until doubled. Bake at 350 degrees until golden brown. (About 45 minutes for bread and 15-20 minutes for rolls, depending on your oven.)
Makes 4-5 loaves.
