     Bruschetta & Zucchini Pasta

1/2 lb Spaghetti
1 Med. Zucchini
2 Cups Chicken or Vege Broth
2 Plum Tomatoes
3/4 oz Fresh Basil (about 2/3 cup)
2 Garlic Cloves
3 Tbsp Olive Oil
1/2 oz Parmesan Cheese

Break Spaghetti noodles in half and place into Rockcrok. Add broth, cover and microwave for 5 min. Make zucchini into noodles
Cut tomatoes into chunks and place in Manual Food Processor. Coarsely cut basil and press garlic into processor. Add oil and process until all ingredients are combines.
Remove pan from microwave, stir in zucchini noodles, and return to microwave and cook an additional 5-6 minutes, or until pasta is tender. Add tomato mixture and toss well. Top w/Parm Cheese
