1 brisket, 3-4 lbs
|
|
1 stalk celery, chopped
|
|
1 onion, sliced
|
|
1/4 c. parsley, chopped (optional)

1 can beer
|
|
1 jar chili sauce
|
|
1/2 c. water
|
|
salt & pepper
|

Instructions |
|
|
Preheat oven to 325.
Season brisket with S&P and put in large casserole dish.
Mix beer, chili sauce and water together in a bowl.

|
Arrange onion, celery, and parsley on top of brisket. Pour liquid
mixture over the meat.
|
|
|
Bake at 325 for about 3 hours.
|
