4 Apples Cored,Peeled,Quartered and Sliced 1/4 in thick
1/2 Cup Brown Sugar
1 TSP Cinnamon
4 TBSP Graham Cracker Crumbs
3 Beaten Eggs
1/2 TSP Vanilla
1 Cup Heavy Cream (35%)
1/2 Cup Sultana Raisins
Instructions
Place apples,brown sugar,cinnamon and graham cracker
crumbs in bowl; toss together. Transfer to casserole
dish. Mix beaten eggs with vanilla and cream and pour
over apples.
Sprinkle in raisins and microwave for 5 minutes
uncovered. Rotate casserole a 1/2 turn and continue
microwaving for 5 minutes.
Let pudding stand 1 hour before serving. Accompany
with your favorite fruit sauce.
