Place butter,onion and celery in casserole dish.
Cover and microwave 3 minutes. Add chicken, mix in
flour until well incorporated and pour in chicken
stock, whisk well.
Season, add tarragon and stir, microwave 10 minutes
uncovered, stirring every 3 minutes. Mix in cream and
correct seasoning, microwave 1 more minute then
serve.
