     Chicken Curry over Rice

Ingredients
500 grams Chicken
3 tablespoons curry powder
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 medium onion, chopped (about 1/2 cup)
2 teaspoons minced garlic
2 tablespoons water
1/2 teaspoon pepper
2 containers Creme Fraiche (more if you want more sauce)
 
1 tablespoon curry powder
1 or 2 pouches Rice

Instructions
Cut your chicken into bite sized pieces add to a bowl and set aside. In a small bowl, mix 3 tablespoons curry powder, 1 tablespoon lemon juice and 1 tablespoon olive oil. Mix this into the chicken and refrigerate 3 to 4 hours.
HEAT oil in large skillet on medium heat. Add onion and garlic; cook and stir 5 minutes. Add water, pepper and chicken. Increase heat to medium-high; cook 5 minutes or until chicken is cooked through, stirring frequently. Decrease heat to low. MIX sour cream, lemon juice and curry powder in small bowl. Add to meat mixture; mix well. Cover; simmer 5 minutes. MEANWHILE, prepare rice as directed on package. Serve chicken mixture over hot rice.
