     Curried Fruit

Ingredients
1 large can sliced peaches, drained
1 large can pears (sliced), and drained
1 large can cherries, drained
1 jar maraschino cherries, drained
4-5 bananas, cut into 1 inch chunks
1 large can pineapple chunks, drained
1 cup brown sugar
1 TBSP curry powder
4 TBSP cornstarch
 

Instructions
Slice bananas into chunks and mix with all of the fruit. Put fruit into a casserole dish. Mix the brown sugar, curry powder and cornstarch together. Sprinkle mixture over fruit. Melt 1 stick of butter, and pour over fruit. Cover and cook 30 minutes in a 350 degree oven. Uncover and cook another 10-15 minutes longer. This can be halved... it makes a lot.
