     Pumpkin Bread

Servings   1 lg or 6 small loaf

3 1/3 c sifted flour
3 c sugar
2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp nutmeg
1 1/2 c canned pumpkin (15 oz)
1 c vegetable oil
4 eggs
2/3 c water
2 tbs sugar
1/2 tsp cinnamon
2 tsp melted butter

Sift dry ingredients into large mixing bowl. Add water, oil, and eggs. Mix on low for 30 sec until blended. Then mix on medium for 2-3 min until smooth and all dry ingredients are mixed thoroughly.
Bake in 2 large greased or 6 small greased loaf pans. Bake in 350 preheated oven for 45 min for small loaves or 1 hr for large loaf. Let cool in pans for 10-15 min.
While still warm, brush with melted butter and sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar.
