1. Slice dates on side and remove pits
2. Stuff 1 teaspoon of goat cheese (or as much fits) into the dates
3. Snuggle an almond into the goat cheese inside the date
4. Wrap stuffed date with 1/3 to 1/2 of bacon slice and use a
toothpick to secure bacon
5. Bake on 375 for 15 mins or until bacon is crispy
