     Dutch Potato Salad

Ingredients
1 3lb bag of white potatoes
Ham-24 oz cubed into 1/2” cubes
1 t garlic powder
1 t salt
1/2 white pepper
1 t black pepper
1 C mayonnaise
1&1/2 T milk
13 small dill pickles cubed into 1/2” cubes
 
2 medium onions cubed into 1/2” cubes

Instructions
Peel potatoes and boil for 15 minutes,until firm. Pour out water and let potatoes cool. While potatoes are cooling, cube ham,pickles,and onions. After cubing the three items, cube potatoes and combine in large bowl and set aside
Dressing-combine mayonnaise,garlic powder,salt,white pepper,black pepper,and milk in small bowl and mix until homogenous. Add dressing to potato mixture and make sure all of potatoes are covered with dressing. Refrigerate overnight and serve the next day.
